Ordering and payment
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, Bank transfer or Cash (pickup only). Paying in cash is only possible when you collect your order at the market stall.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can also order as a guest. With an account you can see your orders and keep your addresses and wishlist.
Can I order a larger quantity?
Yes. E-mail us the products and quantities at [email protected] and we will send you a custom quote. We also supply restaurants, bars and businesses.
Can I order something as a gift?
Of course. Have a look at our gift boxes, or add gift wrapping to your shopping bag.
Shipping and collection
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands shipping costs € 3,50; from € 50 we ship for free. To Belgium and Germany shipping costs € 3,50; from € 70 it is free.
How soon will I receive my order?
We ship orders Tuesday to Friday, to Belgium and Germany as well. In the Netherlands your order usually arrives within 1–2 working days, shipped with DHL.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose collection at checkout and the market where you want to pick up your order. It will be ready at the stall the day after you order; bring your order number. See our market days.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Products
How long do the products keep?
Our products keep for at least 3 months. For roasted nuts we guarantee 6 weeks of freshness.
Where can I find allergens and nutritional values?

Do you roast the nuts yourselves?
Yes, we roast our nuts ourselves so we can guarantee their quality and freshness.
Returns and complaints
Can I return my order?
No. Because these are foods, we do not take orders back. Is something wrong, for example because your order arrived damaged? E-mail us at [email protected] and we will find a solution together.
