Asia, Chile, Italy, Switzerland, America and China

The apple is a very old fruit. As early as 10,000 BC the fruit was already being gathered in Europe. In Central Asia there are more than 25 wild apple varieties. Over the centuries these have crossed with the cultivated apple. For centuries apples have been dried by placing the peeled fruit in drying cabinets. They are then dried in the sun. After that, the peel and the core are removed so they can be cut into the desired shape and size.
