Muesli is packed with grains, fruits and nuts and keeps you feeling full for a long time. Muesli also has a low GI value. As a result, blood sugar levels rise only to a limited extent and the nutrients are absorbed gradually by the body. The many proteins, partly thanks to the combination of yoghurt with muesli, help with losing weight.
